Kenneth Phillips: September 2020 Wild Factor Award Winner

To have a Will to Win means to be a self-starter with an unwavering drive to compete and achieve success.

Kenneth Phillips won our September 2020 Wild Factor Award for having a Will to Win. He leads the way in achieving success and has moved us forward with his work ethic.

Kenneth came to us brand new to the construction industry starting on the roller. He quickly moved up to the 30 ton Articulated Off Road Dump Truck. He has shown great improvement in his position, always wanting to better tomorrow than his load counts today.

In September he set a new PC record by getting 145 loads in one day on our Tractor Supply job site. That computes to moving over 4,350 cubic yards in a single day!

Kenneth has helped train our new guys, always wanting to pass on his knowledge to the next man up. He is a great ambassador for our company and a consistent force on our grading crews. Congratulations on an award well-deserved, Kenneth!

Johnny Tamayo won our August 2020 Wild Factor Award for having Disciplined Execution. Specifically, Johnny nails it when it comes to operational excellence and accountability and really sets the standard for members of our team.

Johnny is the locomotive for our water line crew. He wins the day with consistent and constant effort, always ready to work each day and willing to help train the new guys to the trade. He has been a rock on our waterline crew with the constant change that has hit them, always keeping a positive attitude. He took the Woodard Oaks project head on, smoking through the schedule, finishing the waterline 2 weeks ahead of schedule on a 58 lot project.

Johnny was one of our first builders to be trained in utilities and has come a long way since his start. We are all proud of the progress and skills that he has developed over the past 2.5 years! Congratulations, Johnny.

Jack Diebolt won our July 2020 Wild Factor Award for having a Will to Win.

If you want to know what it looks like to have an unwavering drive from day one, look no further than Jack! He is dependable, humble, has a positive attitude, and is an exemplary  teammate.

Jack has come a long way since he joined our team. He came on board with One27 having no home building experience. From day one, this person has been determined to learn and grow. He constantly asks questions to expand his skills, he puts in the time- late nights and weekends to be better each and every day.

His biggest accomplishment to date is how he was able to push Walton Farm forward and pushed the single family detached project forward. He is well deserving of this award and has earned his stripes both literally and figuratively, as evidenced by his recent promotion.

Congratulations on your award and your promotion, Jack! Way to go.

Tramain Eason: May 2020 Wild Factor Award Winner

Tramain Eason: May 2020 Wild Factor Award Winner

To have Intentional Adaptability means that someone consciously embraces change, through mutual flexibility, strategic innovation, and purpose-driven versatility to advance our people, products, and services.

Tramain Eason won our May 2020 Wild Factor Award for having Intentional Adaptability. He has been such an asset to our company with his ability to embrace change and be flexible and available for whatever his team needs.

Tramain is the proverbial swiss army knife. He has driven our quad axle dump trucks, then moved the flatbed dump truck and finally took on our water truck duties. There were some days in May when he would hit over 10 projects a day with water needs.

Tramain does his job with a positive attitude and doesn’t shy away from getting out of the truck to help the stone crew shovel the curb. He takes on each challenge with a consistency and embraces the chaotic dispatch that comes along with the water truck position.

Congratulations for an award well-deserved, Tramain! We are so grateful to have you on our team.
